5日是二十四节气的芒种,芒种代表大麦、小麦等有芒作物已经成熟,天气方面雨量增多,气温渐高,人体汗液不易发散。注册中医郑智仁提醒若人体正气不足,或天气热而多食生冷食物易损脾胃,加上外界暑湿令人感到四肢困倦、食欲不振、胸脘痞闷、心烦、身热等。
芒种饮食 添苦增酸
郑智仁建议芒种时节,应以清暑利湿为主,辅以益气健脾。适当吃苦味的食物,有清热解暑燥湿的功效,例如苦瓜、芥兰、荞麦及生菜等。酸味的食物,具有生津止渴、开胃、敛汗的作用,可适当增酸如进食番茄、山楂、柠檬、葡萄、乌梅、草莓之类的食物。
芒种养生 4大宜忌
郑智仁提醒芒种养生,可依以下方法进行:
1. 宜晚睡早起:可顺应昼长夜短的季节特点,晚睡早起。
2. 宜午睡小休:中午期间可以午睡15至30分钟,以舒缓疲劳。
3. 出汗忌冷水沐浴:出汗后,衣服应勤于洗换,忌立即用冷水洗澡,注意不要吹风或露天睡卧。
4. 多菜少肉忌寒凉:避免过量食用寒凉食品、过多食肉,饮食宜多吃蔬菜生果。食物宜清淡、质软,不可过多摄入高热量食物。
