芒種·二十四節氣:暑濕易攰腸胃不適 中醫教芒種養生4貼士

5日是二十四節氣的芒種,芒種代表大麥、小麥等有芒作物已經成熟,天氣方面雨量增多,氣溫漸高,人體汗液不易發散。註冊中醫鄭智仁提醒若人體正氣不足,或天氣熱而多食生冷食物易損脾胃,加上外界暑濕令人感到四肢困倦、食慾不振、胸脘痞悶、心煩、身熱等。

芒種飲食 添苦增酸

鄭智仁建議芒種時節,應以清暑利濕為主,輔以益氣健脾。適當吃苦味的食物,有清熱解暑燥濕的功效,例如苦瓜、芥蘭、蕎麥及生菜等。酸味的食物,具有生津止渴、開胃、斂汗的作用,可適當增酸如進食番茄、山楂、檸檬、葡萄、烏梅、士多啤梨之類的食物。

芒種養生 4大宜忌

鄭智仁提醒芒種養生,可依以下方法進行:

1. 宜晚睡早起:可順應晝長夜短的季節特點,晚睡早起。

2. 宜午睡小休:中午期間可以午睡15至30分鐘,以舒緩疲勞。

3. 出汗忌冷水沐浴:出汗後,衣服應勤於洗換,忌立即用冷水洗澡,注意不要吹風或露天睡卧。

4. 多菜少肉忌寒涼:避免過量食用寒涼食品、過多食肉,飲食宜多吃蔬菜生果。食物宜清淡、質軟,不可過多攝入高熱量食物。
